The following terms and conditions govern the sale of Stilema Milano collections products and the buyer. Stilema Milano collections are marketed by Stilema S.R.L. with registered office at Via Montepulciano 13, Milan, VAT number 04421140015, through the dedicated area of the website www.stilema.it following the procedures set forth therein. By placing an order on our website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.

We accept major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Visa Elektron, Apple Pay, and PayPal, as well as additional cards that may be introduced on the Site and that the Customer can view and select during the purchase phase.

Inventory All products found on stilema.com are currently available unless the product is marked as "Sold Out." We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in case the quantity and/or price of the stock are not correct at the time of the order. Stilema does not guarantee that all items shown are available at the time of the order. In case an item is not available for any reason, Stilema will contact you via email.

The colors of the products displayed on Stilema.com depend on the monitor on which they are displayed and may vary depending on the monitor. Therefore, the color seen on the monitor may vary from the exact color of the product. Please note that we have tried to display the colors of the materials as accurately as possible, as well as their tactility. Since items are sewn by hand and there may be color differences between different production lots, there may be small variations in both color and structure from product to product. These small variations in the products should therefore be seen as a unique feature and not as a defect. Please note that natural and coated fabrics used in dark colors may be subject to color transfer through rubbing and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colors. All fabrics have a water-repellent surface but are not water-resistant.

The packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are sent via express courier with signature-free delivery. We will provide you with a tracking link to track your package online. The shipping costs are indicated during the purchasing phase. The shipping times are 1-3 working days for Italy, 2-3 working days for EU countries. The punctuality of delivery is based on the condition that the courier maintains their daily delivery schedules. Please use our shipping times as a reference. Stilema.com will not be held responsible for delays with couriers. All delivery estimates are based on working days. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to possible congestion. Please note that certain countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.

We have the right to assert force majeure in case of strike, war, war event, civil war, revolution, natural disasters or similar events. This means that the obligations arising from the purchase on Stilema.com may not be fulfilled in whole or in part.

Warranty Stilema offers a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The right to claim does not cover defects, damages, or wear, directly or indirectly resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized maneuvers. Claims related to defects found must be communicated to Stilema and items can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Right of Withdrawal
All products purchased on Stilema.com have a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaging. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the sender.
Customized products according to the customer's choices are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code).

Ship the item you wish to return together with the original invoice, which is included with all purchases. We recommend shipping the goods with an easily traceable courier as the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Returned products are the responsibility of the sender until they reach our warehouse. We will process returns shortly after receiving the parcel and inform you of any further procedures by e-mail. All returned products are examined and checked by Stilema. Once the returned item has been approved and successfully received by Stilema, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. Import taxes, customs, duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, even if it is a partial return. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Fill in the Return Form with the following information: Order number, buyer's name and surname, choose Reason for return. Send the returned product(s) to Stilema together with the completed Return Form and the original Invoice. Check your email for further notices. Right of withdrawal: All products purchased on Stilema.com have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt by the customer. If for any reason you wish to make a complaint about an item you have purchased, please return the item to us with the Returns Form completed, as well as any other relevant details you can include regarding the complaint. The original invoice must always be included to confirm that the return is within this allotted time frame. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will investigate your complaint and if possible we will try to correct the subject of the complaint or replace it with a new product if available. Product repair will always be the first option we look into and we will inform you of our decision. We will not accept the returned product if the sender does not pay the shipping costs.

By making a purchase on the stilema.com website, you accept the policies relating to the storage/use of personal data and the use of cookies.

The general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code in Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts", with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. Unless the applicable legislation provides for a different exclusive court, all disputes deriving from the interpretation or execution of the general conditions of sale and contracts stipulated in compliance with the same, are referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan court, expressly renouncing the parties to any other concurrent and/or alternative Court. The terms of use are respected in accordance with Italian law and the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction in the event of disputes.
